       Norfolk OPP conducted two noise blitzes in Port Dover this year. Only two charges were laid. The goal was to get the word out that police will no longer tolerate loud motorcycles. Port Dover Coun. John Wells, a member of the Norfolk Police Services Board, says the OPP is hampered in its efforts because the former City of Nanticoke noise bylaw contains no decibel standard for excessive noise..

   * Seems to me if we stopped spending our hard earned dollars there and not attend Friday The 13th, then the locals will wonder when the local economy does a nose dive.....
